  1. Force a smile – Even if you’re not happy, faking a smile that engages the muscles around your eyes releases endorphins that help lower stress and boost happiness.
  2. Sit up straight – slouching lowers productivity and can cause fatigue and feelings of sadness. Sit straight with shoulders back fro energy and confidence.
  3. Cross your arms – While this may make you seem less approachable, the pose can help you tap into more problem-solving reserves when faced with difficult tasks.

But don’t forget to make each change for 2 minutes for maximum benefit!
